Products & materials
Are your mats non-slip?
Yes. Our workout and yoga mats have a textured, non-slip surface designed for barefoot training. On very glossy floors we recommend using them on a dry surface.
What’s the thickness best for home workouts?
For yoga and stretching we suggest 4–6 mm. For Pilates, floor training or wrists/knees support — 10–15 mm. Folding gym mats are thicker and meant for higher impact.
Do reformers fold for storage?
Yes, our foldable reformer models are made for small spaces. You can fold them and store behind the sofa or in a corner after your workout.
What is the weight capacity?
Most reformers and benches support up to 300–330 lb (135–150 kg). Check the product description — we always note the exact limit there.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer free shipping?
We often run free-shipping offers for orders over a certain amount. If the offer is active, it will be shown at the top of the store or in checkout.
Will large items ship separately?
Yes, bulky products (like reformers or aerial frames) can be shipped in separate boxes. If that happens, they might arrive on different days.
Can I change the address after ordering?
If the order is not shipped yet, we can try to update the address. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Orders, returns & damages
Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns of unused items in original condition within the return window stated at checkout. Please keep the packaging until you’re sure.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Take photos of the packaging and the product on the day of delivery and contact us — we’ll replace or refund depending on the case.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it. Once it’s handed to the courier, you can return it after delivery.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if you picked the wrong size/thickness/color, we can help you exchange if the item is in stock.
Payments
Is it safe to pay in your store?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We don’t store your card details.
What currencies do you accept?
The store shows prices in our main currency. Your bank may convert the amount automatically to your local currency.
